Adele is an Adelaide based emerging arts writer and curator currently working at JamFactory as Assistant Curator. She completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts majoring in History & Theory at UniSA in 2011. Adele has curated a number of exhibitions in Adelaide, including Bloom Space at AEAF and Take Care as part of the Arts SA Emerging Curators Program. She runs a Critical Reading Group, forming a dialogue about contemporary art, research and theory. In 2012 she took part in the 4A centre for Contemporary Asian Art’s inaugural Emerging Curators Intensive, lead by Qiu Zhijie. She writes for several local arts publications & has written a number of catalogue essays. She presented at the 2012 Regional Arts Australia National Conference, Kumuwuki.
